Directions to Franklin Canyon State
Park
From the San Fernando Valley
From Ventura Freeway (101) to Coldwater exit. Drive 2.5 miles south.
At intersection with Mulholland Drive and Franklin Canyon Drive (directly
across from Tree People/Coldwater Canyon Park) turn right on Franklin
Canyon Drive. Travel 0.5 miles into the park. Turn left at sign for
William O. Douglas Outdoor Classroom. Park in lot and walk to the Nature
Center.
From Beverly Hills
From Sunset Blvd, turn north on Beverly Drive. Continue on Beverly
Drive by veering left at "to Coldwater Canyon Drive" sign.
Look for Beverly Hills Fire Station # 2 (right hand-side) and turn left
on Beverly Drive. Turn right on Franklin Canyon Drive. Drive one mile
to Lake Drive intersection. Turn left to proceed to Upper Franklin or
right to Lower Franklin.
