Expose your feet and hands to the cold water and then gradually the body. Only a few seconds is good enough. Do this several days until you are able to do this without starting with a warm shower, just a cold shower right off the bat. Increase this training until you are able to stay in the cold shower for 3 minutes. Over time, you can increase to 10 minutes. The next challenge is to submerge in an ice bath for several minutes.
