To Modify the FTP Directory for Users

Run ADSIEDIT.MSC

Open the tree node: CN=Users

Find the user entry (like swt) and click on Action --> More Actions

In the Attribute Editor tab go down to

msIIS-FTPDir and
msIIS-FTPRoot

and enter the new directory entries.
